Dr. Roy Artal

Dr. Roy Artal is the Medical Director of Tower Sleep Medicine. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep and is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Artal received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1991, where he was the recipient of the Phi Beta Kappa Undergraduate Achievement Award, and his medical degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine (UCLA) in 1995. Following medical school Dr. Artal completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, and his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship training at the Cedars-Sinai-UCLA Combined Fellowship Program, serving as the Chief Fellow during his senior year. He is board certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep, in addition to being Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases. He is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, and is the Medical Director of Tower Sleep Medicine, an American Academy of Sleep Medicine accredited sleep disorders center. Dr. Artal has been selected to Los Angeles Magazine Top Doctors and Southern California Super Doctors numerous years.

Dr. Andrew Wachtel

Dr. Andrew Wachtel is a graduate of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Albany Medical College, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and his Medical Degree in 1981. He completed a residency in internal medicine from 1981 to 1984 at the Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center, and then went on to complete his Fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Wachtel is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. He is the former Clinical Chief of Pulmonary Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Robert Wolfe

Dr. Robert Wolfe went to college and medical school at UCLA where he was awarded Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha. He also won the prestigious Stafford L. Warren medal as the outstanding graduating medical student. Dr. Wolfe stayed on at UCLA for his residency in Internal Medicine and he completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Diseases at the Wadsworth Veterans Administration and UCLA Hospitals. He is board certified from the American Boards of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. Presently Dr. Wolfe is in private practice at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he has been an Attending Physician since 1980. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and he is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He is president of the Southern California Institute for Respiratory Diseases which is involved in clinical research on a wide variety of pulmonary and allergic disorders. Dr. Wolfe has been selected to Southern California Super Doctors every year since 2008.
